Classic recipes that you thought were complicated turn out to be simple, fast, and delicious! Here are eight classic recipes that are now easier than ever!
1) Fries
Baking French fries is the easiest way to get perfect results every time, and it’s so simple. Simply preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Cut potatoes into fry-sized pieces and put them in a bowl with cold water for about five minutes. Remove from the water, dry off with paper towels, then place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

2) Pancakes
- Start by whisking together two eggs, one cup of milk, and a tablespoon of oil in a bowl. Now whisk in a cup and a half of flour, three tablespoons of sugar, two teaspoons baking powder, and one teaspoon vanilla extract. Mix the batter until there are no lumps.

- Buttermilk Pancakes: Follow all directions as listed above except add in 1 1⁄2 cups buttermilk instead of just one cup milk (plus increase sugar to four tablespoons). The result is delicious buttermilk pancakes that come out perfect every time!
