Alia Bhatt has joined the ranks of maternity styling veterans such as Rihanna, Shay Mitchell, and Sonam Kapoor in serving statement pregnant looks. She skipped her usual contemporary western pregnancy looks in a dress or streetwear style for a recent commercial event in Hyderabad in favour of a traditional ethnic ensemble. Bhatt looked elegant and comfortable in a tailored rani pink sharara ensemble by Gulabo by Abu Sandeep.
Anaita Shroff Adajania, the ace fashion stylist, created the ensemble, which included delicate silver and gold gota work along the neckline and hemlines of the gharara set. The customised inscriptions on the ensemble, on the other hand, managed to catch all attention, with a personalised phrase saying “Baby on board” engraved on the back of it. The gharara was also etched with “love” in gold gota work. The actor completed her traditional outfit with big gold earrings and a simple black bindi that left her locks open.
