One of the most extensive online travel agencies is Booking.com. Its options are extensive, and the user interface makes it simple for both novice and expert travelers to book their trips without having to navigate different websites and coordinate payments across many platforms. I analyzed the customer’s experience using the website as I reviewed Booking.com from the perspective of the user.
OUR OPINION :

Booking.com advertises that it offers a full range of travel planning and service bookings, and with a few small exceptions, this turned out to be true. Customers on the site are referred to as “Bookers,” and they can have faith that Booking.com will deliver on its promise of being a one-stop shop and making it easy to find information.

REVIEWS & CLAIMS :

In 1996, a modest start-up called Booking.com was founded in Amsterdam. Since then, it has grown to now contain more than 28 million lodging, travel, and excursion entries. The company’s declared goal is to “enable everyone to see the world more easily.”
Booking.com makes a lot of claims about how it may be a source of inspiration, savings, connections with other travellers who share interests, and package bargains. With a stripe of category offerings, a quick-start option to jump right in by specifying the destination and basic travel deals, searches by region and property type, and links to lists of can’t-miss locations for travellers who know they want a vacation but aren’t sure where, the home page also offers a variety of ways to access the website.
HOW IT WORKS :

On the landing page, Booking.com offers users a variety of menu options. Customers first choose the mix of services they’d like to book (more can be added later), then they navigate the search screens, filtering results, going through alternatives, storing favourites, and finally adding the services they want to a cart and checking out.
The website also provides a variety of thoroughly researched guides to selecting destinations for consumers who aren’t quite ready to arrange their journey. Customers can click into areas that catch their attention to read more about the location, discover the neighbourhoods where they can stay, and read commentary about regional customs and traditions.
Customers from abroad (or domestic customers travelling abroad) will value that Booking.com gives them the option to choose their chosen language and currency. Once chosen, these options are the same on every page unless they are modified.
