Update: Saweetie revealed the reason for her massive hair transition at the end of last year in an interview with Kevin Hart for the most recent edition of his show “Hart to Heart,” which aired on Peacock on August 4.
Hart remarked to the performer, “This is the first time I’ve seen you with short hair.” “What made the hair so short?” Hart pressed Saweetie for further information after she initially replied, “It’s indicative of where I’m at; just in my personal existence.”
“I had plenty of time during quarantine to dwell about myself. I have access to my higher self thanks to the meditation techniques I learnt. I had a completely different experience as a result “She spoke. “I read that hair holds a lot of energy, therefore it’s really Saweetie and Diamonté going from caterpillar to butterfly,” said Saweetie. (For those who don’t know, the singer’s real name is Diamonté.)
Original Post: Saweetie is welcoming the new year with a completely fresh appearance. The rapper startled her fans over the weekend by revealing an edgy new hairdo on Instagram: a buzz cut. Her new look is her most daring to date, and she looks great (to no one’s surprise!). The diva has rocked everything from a flipped-out haircut to long, fire-engine red hair.
Her new appearance was created by hairstylist Kendall Dorsey. Because buzz cuts are firmly established as a mainstream hairstyle for 2022, especially if you want to experiment like Saweetie does, we shouldn’t be too startled by her metamorphosis. Women who have shaved their hair at various times and looked stunning include Jada Pinkett Smith, Willow Smith, Michaela Coel, and Amandla Stenberg.
Saweetie’s new hair boasts a new length as well as a new colour. The rapper gave her hair an icy blond colour job to improve the appearance while still providing room for future colour experimenting. Check out Saweetie’s new buzz cut in more detail after, and don’t forget to add this photo to your Instagram “hairstyles to try” folder. Looking forward to what the celebrity and her hairstylist come up with next
